Franchisee must adhere to the guidelines as below and such guidelines shall be communicated from time to time by the franchisor.

• One Instructor for batch of 20 students.
• A clear boundary wall demarcating the Institute from other structures.
• Sanitized toilets with soap, running water with towels for Boys and Girls.
• CCTV surveillance for the all areas of the institute.
• Pest control to be done on a regular basis .
• Sufficient fire protection measures.
• Learning aids for the teachers based on the curriculum for each class.
• The library should have books and relevant audio-visual learning material.
• Extra circular equipment in adequate numbers.
• The first aid kit has to be easily accessible always be well stocked.
• Every Students BMI to be registered after doing the registration.
• Franchisee Institute has to maintain records pertaining to the enrolment as well as attendance along with the fees paid.
• They should also maintain details of the BMI examination of each student and all these have to be accessible for inspection.
• Students will be subjected to any activities, presentations, modules examinations, and Master annual examination.
• Monthly Parents Teachers Meeting (PTM)
• Annual accounts have to be audited every year.
• All fees shall be check with the franchisor before doing registration all fees will be including the GST no addition fees will be collected.
